Singing with Mama Florence's Street Kids
Beautiful times singing and dancing with Mama Florence's kids - her unshakeable faith in God and love for street and abandoned children led her in the past 10 years to take in many who were orphaned and abused or rejected by their own relatives, and ended up surviving on the streets. The joy and healing in their hearts is ongoing, amidst challenges and hurts and deep pain. But it amazes me how God places the fatherless in a place where we are one family because of His love. They love to pray and sing and share together in the early mornings and evenings! While I'm here, I try to join them every day and I've learnt so much from their young example of faith.
